- By booking with Home4 Apartment you accept the following terms and conditions:
It is necessary to respect the check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed in the booking. - Respect the house rules
- Upon arrival, a valid identification document will be requested from all guests staying at the property
- Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and to use the appliances only for their intended uses.
- The main guest acknowledges and understands that he is responsible for each guest or guardian during the booked rental dates and is solely responsible for any damage to the property, accident, injury or loss suffered by any person during the residence.
- The owner assumes no legal or financial responsibility.
- Guests and guardians assume all risks of injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will keep the Owner harmless.
- The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, from any claim, including those of third parties, deriving from or in any way consequence of the incorrect use by the guests of the premises or of the objects contained therein.
- The owner cannot be held responsible for: acts of neighbors such as: construction, repair and maintenance of roads or natural events (weather conditions).
- However, the owner will act quickly to remedy any problems.
- Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it to avoid damage charges.
- Cancellation: it is possible to cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date in this case a full refund will be given net of the * commission:
- Refund: will be made within 48 hours from the communication of cancellation of the reservation
- Refund method: the refund will be made in the same manner in which the booking was paid unless otherwise specified by the guest
